RiRi's Best Bolognese Sauce Recipe & 100 Pageviews

Hey, everyone! Big news, big news! Thanks to all your guys' support, Sweet and SavoRi has been visited 108 times. Wow! I find that pretty fantastic, considering this blog has only been up since Thursday. Granted, at least one tenth of the views are from me, but overall, I'm still VERY impressed with the numbers. I suppose a lot of thanks is due to this era of information and technology we're living in now. Sites like Facebook and whatnot have made it ludicrously easy to share anything, including sites like this blog. So, anyway, as thanks and gratitude to you all, I'm sharing with you my super-special, delicious, nutritious, totally fantastic Spaghetti Bolognese recipe. Keep reading for a list of ingredients and step-by-step instructions (with pictures! Ooh!)

Walden Farm's Calorie Free Barbecue Sauce and Tips for a Healthy Burger

What comes to mind when you think of spring? Flowers, bugs, girly pastels, baseball? For me, it's nothing but the start of grill season. I'm joking, of course. I think of all those other wonderful things too.
But mostly grill season.
So, since the weather around here has actually been feeling spring-esque as of late, my father decided we would be grilling burgers for dinner. And who doesn't like burgers? But I'm fairly certain no one bites into a regular burger without a twinge of guilt, without a single feeling of being piggy. Thankfully, today's market has so many lean alternatives for dieters who crave a good ol' cheeseburger, and I'm here to spread the news on some of my personal favorites. Along with being low in calories, most of these products are also full of fiber and/or protein, so they're also great for people who are just looking to get all their nutrients in.

Tenuta's Take-N-Bake Pizza

It's Friday night, and you're dying for a good slice of pizza. Where do you go? Enter Kenosha, Wisconsin- a cornucopia of pizzerias galore. Although, to be frank, the town is as cold as hell more than half of the year, and plenty enough of my friends complain there's nothing to do, Kenosha has its good points: one is that there are more than a dozen of authentic, traditional pizzerias. Yes, you could order from Papa John's or Domino's or Pizza Hut here, but why would you? That would be like going to, say, Italy and stopping at Olive Garden for lunch. Get what I mean? Anyway, today was Friday, and it's become a family tradition to get pizza every Friday night. This time, my family and I decided to drive over to Tenuta's Delicattessan to grab some take-n-bake pizza. Sure, at first, take-n-bake might seem a bit tedious... Having pizza delivered seems so much faster and convenient. BUT... Tenuta's has some of the best pizza I have ever tasted (yes, I've had it numerous times), so I'm willing to bear with the whole cooking-in-my-own-oven thing.

A quick intro to Sweet and SavoRi

Thursday Night, 11:45 PM

Well, here I am, sitting down with the laptop, eating a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch while The Angry Beavers is playing in the background, looking my blog over, and thinking, "This is good. This is good for now." So, I think now is a good as time as any to write my first post! I'll admit; I love food. I love making it, reading about it, reviewing it, looking at it, researching it, and of course tasting it. I also like to tell everyone I can about how I feel about certain products, so I guess starting a food blog felt like the natural next step. My plan is to focus on reviewing plenty of different products, but I'll also keep all you lovely readers updated on the latest newcomers to the food world and whatnot. So, I hope that anyone out there reading this post will give me a chance to make it in this ever-growing world of food blogging, and give me constructional criticism when its needed. Also, if any of you readers have a product you'd like reviewed, just ask and I'll do my best to give it a try! Well, I guess that's it for now! My goal is to have a review up in at least a few days. Check back when you can, and I promise one'll be up before long!
